Our breath is our life. Our bodies are our subconcious mind. And the breath is the great conductor that allows us to traverse between this mind-body-spirit connection.

Our greatest responsibility is to nurture both, as one, and respect that they are in a constant and intimate communication. Our bodies let us know the secrets of the unconscious, so long as we are willing to listen.
